What's your return policy?

If you're unhappy with our products, or receive your order with any defects, we'll provide a full refund or exchange within 14 business days! Just make sure you hang on to your proof of purchase and are sure about the colour you want. We don't provide refunds/exchanges for changing your aesthetic choices, sorry!

How do you use the data & personal information you collect?

The data & personal information we collect is never bought nor sold. It is only used to contact you for marketing purposes if you give us your consent! How much time do you need to fulfill a custom laser engraving order in bulk?

Depending on your order details and our current inventory, we typically need at least one month to fulfill bulk custom orders.

What kind of artwork can I get laser engraved?

We wish we could laser engrave fine oil paintings, but sadly, we don't have that technology (yet.) Logos & line art illustrations are what engrave the best!
